As per the NMC FMGL Regulations, the total duration of the foreign medical graduation course must be a minimum of 54 months (4.5 years) of core medical studies at a single institution, followed by a mandatory 12 months of clinical internship/clerkship in the same foreign medical university. The entire course must be completed within 10 years from the date of joining.
